To get started Companies requesting their own Custom Company Badge must complete the Company Badge Order Form. (Note: If your company is not set up in our system you will need to fill out the client information form).

Company Name and Client ID #
Draft copy of the Company logo (electronically) emailed to CCA@istc.net

Number of badges 1 sided cost $5.00 or 2 sided cost $8.00 per badge.
Set up fees preferred (Employees entered into ISTC system by company- $50.00)
(Employees entered into the ISTC system by ISTC-$150.00)
Pictures taken onsite (at customer location) by ISTC- $100.00
Once the form and the payment are received the ISTC employee or client can log into the Customer Work center with their online credentials to add the employees.
Steps on scheduling
1. Similar to scheduling a trainee. Search the employee in the Primus search.
2. Click the Edit Trainee located next to the employee’s picture.
3. Enter the employee’s title or description needed inside the Custom Badge Options located at the bottom of the screen.
4. Click Edit trainee to save the information.
Note: If the trainee does not have a picture on file in Primus the company will need to send the employee to ISTC to take an updated photo.
