Cancellation Policy After-hours requests must be canceled at least eight (8) hours prior to the scheduled start time. Failure to cancel within this window will result in the full base fee being charged.
By submitting an after-hours request, the company authorizes ISTC to bill for applicable after-hours base fees, additional hourly charges, scheduling support fees, and class costs. If cancellation requirements are not met, the company remains responsible for payment of the base fee.
