Prime Occupational Medicine will be vacating the Baytown ISTC building on Friday, December 1, 2023. Your Medical Home will begin welcoming patients on Monday, December 4, 2023 at the ISTC Baytown location.
Prime Occupational Medicine will be vacating the Beaumont ISTC building on Friday, December 15, 2023. Your Medical Home will begin welcoming patients on Monday, December 18, 2023 at the ISTC Beaumont location.
