ISTC Opens State-of-the-Art Badging Center to Better Serve Industry

ISTC is proud to announce the opening of its new 20,000-square-foot Badging Center, designed to provide a faster, more efficient, and customer-focused badging experience for contractors, owner companies, and industrial partners across Southeast Texas.
The new facility represents ISTC’s ongoing commitment to investing in workforce readiness while streamlining the onboarding process for thousands of workers entering industrial sites.

Built for Efficiency
The new Badging Center features a dedicated six-station badging desk designed to increase processing capacity and reduce wait times. The facility also includes 19 offices, providing space for ISTC staff and future growth.

Supporting daily operations is a dedicated badging team consisting of 12 Badging Representatives, a Lead Badging Representative, and a Badging Supervisor. Together, the team is focused on delivering the exceptional customer service and efficiency that contractors have come to expect from ISTC.
Strong Start Following Opening

Since opening on May 4, the Badging Center has already demonstrated its value to the industrial community, processing more than 3,000 badges, an average of approximately 100 badges each business day.

These numbers reflect the growing demand for efficient workforce onboarding and the importance of having a facility designed specifically to meet the needs of today’s industrial projects.

As industrial growth continues throughout Southeast Texas, ISTC remains committed to investing in facilities, technology, and people that support the region’s workforce and the industries that drive our economy.
