Meet Monserrat Cendejas
Baytown Customer Service Representative
|
|
Monserrat Cendejas has more than eight years of experience in the safety industry and currently works at ISTC, where she originally joined the Baytown location as a Lab Proctor nearly four years ago. She now serves in customer service.
A graduate of Ross S. Sterling High School, Monserrat is known for her professionalism, adaptability, and a welcoming presence. She greets every customer with a genuine smile.
Monserrat enjoys the dynamic nature of her work—meeting new faces daily and experiencing something different with each interaction. Whether it’s a routine day or an unexpected moment like a customer serenading the staff with a nostalgic song before class, (which happened just recently) Monserrat appreciates the unique human experiences that come with working in safety training.
Outside of work, Monserrat stays busy raising her two children, a 10-year-old daughter and a 1-year-old son, alongside her husband, who works as a pipefitter. Balancing a full-time career and family life keeps her on her toes, but she thrives in the constant movement and responsibility.
Next time you’re in Baytown say “Hi” to Monserrat!
