Bolted Flange Joint Fitting & Assembly Skills Qualification

This safety-critical course is designed to verify that technicians can properly assemble and fit bolted flange joints in accordance with industry standards and best practices. Through both a 30-question theoretical assessment and a hands-on practical evaluation, participants demonstrate competency in safety protocols, component inspection, correct gasket and bolt selection, torque procedures, and quality assurance.

Because flange integrity directly impacts plant safety, environmental protection, and equipment reliability, the qualification threshold is intentionally rigorous. Any critical safety violation or technical error that could lead to leaks or joint failure results in automatic disqualification.

Candidates who successfully complete this assessment demonstrate comprehensive knowledge, procedural compliance, and practical skill—ensuring reduced risk of loss of containment and improved operational reliability.

This course strengthens workforce competency while protecting people, assets, and the environment.

Cost: $70.00/student. A minimum of 1 students.
